Family Arena is an arena companion app for stores, food ordering, padel booking, events, order tracking, notifications, and customer support.
Information We Collect
We collect information needed to operate the app and support your arena visit, including:
- Name, email address, and phone number.
- Delivery address and contact details used for store pickup or delivery coordination.
- Order history, booking history, order status, and booking details.
- Search and app activity data used to improve discovery and service quality.
- Push notification tokens used to deliver app notifications.
- Crash, performance, and diagnostics information where applicable.
How We Use Information
We use this information for account creation and login, processing food and store orders, coordinating pickup and delivery, managing padel bookings, customer support, notifications, service improvement, fraud prevention, security, and diagnostics.
Sharing
We share information with store and admin users only as needed to fulfill orders, bookings, and support requests. We may also use service providers for hosting, notifications, diagnostics, and related operations. We do not sell personal data.
Payments
Family Arena currently supports Cash on Delivery and offline payment options such as cash at pickup or cash at the arena. We do not collect card data in the app unless a payment provider is added in the future.
Your Rights
You may request access to your information, correction of inaccurate information, or account deletion by contacting support. Some records may be retained where required for legal, security, accounting, fraud-prevention, or transaction-integrity purposes.
Children
The Family Arena app is not directed at children under 13.
